“Phenomenal girls embracing Phenomenal curls!”
It’s Wednesday and we love to put the spotlight on our favorite #bosses for our own #WomenCrushWednesday! This week we had the pleasure to interview Chynna Miley from Connecting Curlfriends. In case you didn’t know, we both are #TeamNatural and it’s amazing to see other women around to embrace their curls. Connecting Curlfriends is a organization that hosts natural hair events at various locations including Vancouver, Houston and Atlanta that focuses on networking, hair tips, encouragement and support. Just like Solange said “Don’t touch my hair”. Ya’ll want this #blackgirlmagic today? Well let’s sit down and get to know more about Connecting Curlfriends.
One of the reasons we launched “pretty girl, Smarter Woman” was to highlight + celebrate the stories of other ah-mazing career girls and girls bosses who are doing some pretty dope things in their career + personal lives. Chynna Miley is definitely one of those women…she’s the true meaning of “when pretty + Smart collide”.
